The terms governing your use of VoltBridge Capital accounts, cards and digital services.
General terms
1. Agreement
By opening an account or using our digital services you agree to these terms, our privacy notice and any product-specific conditions provided at application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and able to satisfy our identity and due diligence requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices and one-time codes secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Payments
Payment instructions are irrevocable once executed. Cut-off times, limits and fees are published in the portal and may be varied on notice.
5. Fees and interest
Applicable fees and interest rates are disclosed before you commit to a product and in your monthly statement.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account where required by law, where we suspect financial crime, or on two months' written notice.
8. Complaints and governing law
Complaints may be raised at complaints@voltbridgecapital.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
