What you should do
- Turn on two-factor authentication and register a passkey
- Review trusted devices monthly and revoke anything unfamiliar
- Never share a one-time code — we will never ask for one
- Check the sender address on any email claiming to be from us
- Set transaction alerts so you see every debit as it happens
- Report anything suspicious immediately through the support desk
